Japanese Hanada City Gym Theme Deck

This is a Japanese theme deck from the Gym series, built around Misty, the Water-type Gym Leader of Hanada City, known as Cerulean City in English. Japanese Gym-series decks were released in the late 1990s, and cards from this era reached English players through the Gym Heroes and Gym Challenge sets.
