International Orders. Buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and compliance with destination laws. Refused or returned shipments may be refunded minus shipping and applicable fees.

Processing Time. We aim to ship the same day, or the next business day if same-day shipping isn’t possible. In rare circumstances, processing may take longer.

Insurance. Insurance is automatically applied to every order. We hold liability for all shipments until they are marked as delivered by the carrier. After delivery confirmation, liability transfers to the customer.

Customs Inspections and Liability Please be aware that international shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities in the destination country. Customs agents maintain the right to open, inspect, and repackage items at their discretion.

No Liability: We are not liable for any delays, damage, missing items, or alterations to your package or its contents resulting from a customs inspection.

Insurance Exclusions: Standard shipping insurance does not cover damages or losses incurred once a package has been opened or handled by customs officials. Additionally, insurance does not cover items that are delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by customs.
