Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Loose Packs Trading Co., we stand behind the authenticity and quality of the products we sell. Due to the collectible and limited nature of trading cards, we maintain a strict cancellation, return, and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If a refund is later approved on a shipped order, a 5% restocking fee will be applied.


Returns

  • Returns are considered case by case and must be approved by our team.

  • All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Refunds

  • Refund requests made after shipping are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and verified.

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds on shipped orders.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Heavy Packs – Guaranteed Holo Insurance

For heavy booster packs sold with Guaranteed Holo Insurance:

  • The pack must be opened on uninterrupted video with the tamper seal visible before opening.

  • The video must clearly show the opening and contents.

  • Openings without video, missing tamper seal, or incomplete footage will not qualify for coverage.


Shipping Insurance

  • Insurance is automatically applied to all orders.

  • We hold liability until the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. After delivery confirmation, responsibility transfers to the customer.
