Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations will be honored if the request is made before the item has shipped, however there will be a 5% restocking fee. 

Refunds:

  • Refund requests made after the item has shipped will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be in their original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been received and inspected.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. 

Returns:

  • All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
