Japanese Base Set Starter Deck

The Japanese Base Set launched the Pokemon Trading Card Game in October 1996, more than two years before Wizards of the Coast brought the game to English audiences in 1999. These are the game's original first-generation cards, with classic artwork from illustrators including Ken Sugimori and Mitsuhiro Arita. This listing is for a sealed Japanese Base Set era starter deck.
