This booster comes in two formats:

WITH shrink wrap, meaning the box is packaged as normal

WITHOUT shrink wrap, meaning the box is still sealed, but the outside wrap has been removed. Suppliers in Japan would remove the shrink wrap to discourage resale. The box is otherwise identical to the other version.
Recommendation: opening? Buy without shrink wrap. Keeping sealed? Buy with shrink wrap.
